Leadership
Kevin Eustatia-Palm
Executive Director
Born and Raised ‘yu di Kòrsou’
Kevin grew up in a politically engaged family and spent most of his life in Curaçao, with a few formative years in Aruba. Deeply connected to the Caribbean, he later moved to the Netherlands to pursue his studies and expand his global perspective. Today, he brings that unique blend of local insight and international experience to his work, as one of the few Curaçaoan-born political scientists, now leading our firm focused on unlocking the region’s entrepreneurial potential.
Public Sector Experience
Kevin’s career began in the public sector, where he developed a strong foundation in policy, diplomacy, and strategic problem-solving. He advised the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs on development cooperation, consulted on financial efficiency at the Ministries of Justice and Infrastructure, and later served as a diplomat at the United Nations. Today, he used that experience to help founders navigate complex systems, build resilient ventures, and create impact that lasts.
Trusted and Connected
Over the years, Kevin has built a deep and trusted network across Curaçao’s political and public sector landscape. His commitment to neutrality, never affiliating with a political party, has earned him credibility across the political spectrum. In a context as nuanced as Curaçao, this independence remains one of his greatest strengths, allowing him to foster meaningful connections and unlock opportunities for the ventures Palman Group supports.
Career at Palman Group
Kevin's now been appointed as Executive Director at Palman Group. He spends his time working on Palman's expansion in Curaçao and personally supporting our key client files.
